Jonathan White - Project Leader
- Founder of Formation Metalworks, a member of the Ironbound Metal Works family.
- Specializes in decorative and architectural steel.
- Valuable communication, an initiator, strong leadership and delegation. Intelligent design of custom components.

Matthew Kricker - Expert Fabricator
- Lead fabricator facilitating expert production and installation operations under Benny and Jonathan
- Master of welding, metal fabrication and installation with 14 years of crafting high demand fabrication projects and with endless degrees of creativity.
- An artist to the Nth degree. One of the most creative people you will ever meet and a natural in visual and spatial intelligence.
- Leave him alone long enough and he will create some kind of sculpture, painting, leather work, drawing or some combination there of.

Jamie Martin - Apprentice

Rob Brindley - Lead Sales & Service
- Partner/Owner of Ironbound Metal Works and Founder/CEO of Modern Stair and Railing.
- A veteran woodworker and metal fabricator, Rob has set out to partner with like minded builders and create a family of leaders serving our project community with exceptional quality.
- Passionate about communication and translating the vision of clients to the project leaders and fabricators within our company.
- Serving clients and empowering project leaders is the mission of Rob's work.
- Father, fitness lover, entrepreneur, wood worker. Takes himself a bit too seriously.

Each project has a dedicated expert leader as a main point of contact and is empowered to serve clients with design creativity, problem solving, fabrication expertise, exceptional consideration of aesthetics, follow through on commitments, scheduling expectations and sequencing communication. We look to serve builders & trade partners with STRONG relationships that are built on trust and reliability.
